Hi There K asked:


Ok i’m already in 8% body fat i eat lots of protein if i do 60 crunches and 60 sit ups leg raising’s and bicycle exercises every day for 6 days a week will i get a six pack abs how long will it take ?

    No sits up and crunches only work out certain abdominal muscles (the upper ones). Do leg lifts and work on your external and internal obliques. Plus start running to burn off some of the excess fat over the muscles.
