When the lactic acid starts to build up - you feel a burning sensation in your muscles.

When you work out your muscles properly any muscles for that matter there is literally a burning sensation you will feel. It feels good though.
It lets you know you are doing it right. If no burning feeling then you are not working hard enough for results.

feeling the burn is a term used to describe the stress of the ab muscles while involved in a workout. by feeling the burn, you are ripping your muscles in your abs, and in turn, your abs will heal stronger and more fit.

ah ,he is defo taking advantage of you.Make sure he uses lube so it doesnt burn either that stop him entering your back passage !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. By holding 2 or more seconds, you are concentrating your mind on the working area. That is the main point in any muscle building work out! I tried that - it really works for two most stubborn muscle groups: culfs and abs!!!!
