I currently wake up at 6:15am and at 6:30 go jogging for 30mins, afterwards I do 30mins of ab exercises. At 10.30pm I do 30mins of Weight lifting,
Just wondering should I change any of these times? should I do ab exercises later or the weights earlier?
Any advice is great, many thanks and have a great day,

i like to do weight lifting before any cardio, since it gets my blood pumping, but it doesnt really matter what order you do it in. the best ab workout is bicicles, elbow to knee, and lifting your legs while you lay on our back (lower abs).

Your routine is fine. Your body really doesn’t care when you do your work outs. The only thing I am questioning is why it is taking you 30 min to do your abs. I am a long time fitness trainer and I have never taken 30 out of day to work on abs. You should be able to get the same results in 10-15 min max if you choose the right exercises. Get a ball to start with. If you start to plateau on your results that is a good time to alter your work outs. Pick a few different weights and add in some cross-training, and intervals. Good luck. PS…if you just like doing 30 min of abs…by all means do it.

The time you do your exercises doesn’t really affect their actual efficiency. as long as you keep in mind these simple guidelines before you do your workout, you’re sure to be fit in no time!
1. Hydrate! Drink 2 glasses of water 30 mins. before exercising; drink water every 15 mins. during strenuous exercises.
2. warm up before doing any weights or other strenuous routine.
3. Execute exercises properly: follow proper body form to prevent injuries
4. Don’t overdo it! Although many people say No pain, no gain, pain often signals that your body has reached its physical limit for the day. There is what we call the Overload Principle. Try gradually increasing the intensity of your workout day by day to help your body adjust safely and effectively.
5. And last, enjoy!
