Anything nutritious–especially proteins if you want to help build healthy muscles.
Edit: It also depends on your size of how much proteins you should eat.
Usually between 100 - 200 grams, I believe, is really good.

Pasta and chicken… carbs and protien… is always good after a good work out.
Look at what football players eat before and after a good work out..
it is almost always pasta and protien…
a good steak once in week is good for iron build up in your blood also.
If you dont mind taking pills take vitamins… magnesium and iron. It will help the blood flow to your muscles.
