Hi. I am 14 years old. 123 lbs. I would like to know the quickest way to recieve a six pack. Please tell me in detail what exercises to do and how to do them because i am not familiar with most of the exercises. Do some crunches everyday, about 100-200. Stay away from sweets and fast food.

Go to the grocery store and buy a six pack of cola. Easy as that.

buy energy shakes and do curl ups atleast for 30 min.

Tell your dad to go to the local beer outlet and pick one up for you. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!
jk but for real, weighted crunches are the best. stick about 25 lbs. (or as much as your abs can handle) on your chest and stay inside the 8-15 rep range. Do up to 4 sets each exercise.

if your flabby it will take alot of time
