    A quick search on six pack abs will produce a good list of articles. I listed some below. However, I heard on the news once that getting them is not possible for everyone due to body composition. Some people are simply unable to obtain that look due to heredity.

    OK let me say one thing you are not go in to get a six pack fast. just given to u straight up.
    Now to get abs you need to burn off that fat. The most effective way to do this is by doing cardio, more meals but smaller portions, and hard work.
    First cardio, you can run or walk on a treadmill, trust me ,both ways are effective, an elliptical or a stationary bike. The treadmilll is the most effective so use that on or any other you prefer. Run or walk on the treadmil 3-4 times a week at anywhere 65-85% of your maximum heart rate of maximum fat burning.
    Next diet this is the hardest part. You should eat clean and what I mean by that is eat anywhere from 4-7 meals a day
    consiting of chicken breasts, lean beef ,fish, and other good protein sources along with vegtables such as broccoli, corn avacados green peas and others.
    Just to note carbs r not the enemy, eat complex carbs such as potatos,sweet potatos, brown rice and whole wheat grains.
    Portions control in these meals is key. For example if you would eat say 2 potatos, and 2 chicken breasts normally, with portion contorl you would eat 1 potato and 1 chicken breats. With this just dont eat to much in one meal.

    As far asw exirces go theres no one that works better than the other. Ill give you a workout you can do 2-3 times a week after your cardio
    chrunches 3sets of 10-15 reps
    roman chair leg raises 3sets of 10-15 reps
    bicycle 2 sets go anywhere from 30 sec to 1 minute.
