ok first of all, any abs workout you can find is good , Im a guy ok and i know i have a six pack but i gained some weight and the fat covers my six pack so i cant see it anymore, this means that to see a six pack u have to make cardio excercises like bicycle, jogging, dancing, to get rid of the fat. I know a guy that doesnt do any muscle training he only bikes all the time. but we can see very clearly every single muscle of his body because his fat percentage is low. SO you CAN use HIP HOP abs but u gotta go run outside 3 times a week for about 30min. each time. U gotta stop eating junk, eat more proteins, fiber and drink alot of water
