Try the Scarsdale Diet.

Hi I am 17 too and I just got my six pack a couple of months ago and what has worked for me was the bicycle crunches, planks, if you take a medicine ball and put your elbows on it with your feet behind you and roll your elbows forwards that works pretty good but the main thing would be that when you are working out keep your heart rate going so you burn the fat that are over your abs
also don’t eat a lot of fast food or foods that have a lot of calories

if you’ve got the money, Power90x or Power90 from Beachbody.com works wonders. I have personally used it along with a few of my friends. It uses muscle confusion to get the desired results.

actually, one of the best ways to get a six pack is to do yoga and palates … Slow and steady exercises like that will really help develop muscles in the abdomen. One Of the other things that you can do even during school when you are bored is, sitting off to the side of your desk and doing leg-ups. In your free time do crunches, you can make a game like, whenever you are watching TV or reading a book and the word for example, computer pops up, you do 30 sit ups. Also make sure that you have a good calorie intake. Another way to loose weight and gain muscle, is swimming, people don’t think that it is good exercise but what they don’t know is that you are sweating all the time and you don’t notice it because you are constantly wet. But when you swim, It uses almost every muscle in your body, whether you notice it or not.

you should do 50 curl ups every hour. Usher does that and he has a REALLY defined six pack. Also you should do reverse curl ups to work on your lower abs and eat healthy to get replace the fat with muscle
