As soon as possible? Draw it on yourself.

Otherwise, look up the last 10 questions on six packs (Yahoo Answers has a search function) and you will find your answer.

Sit-ups. I had a friend in high school that at age 16 could do over 300 at a sitting. He was about 6′ 3 and 150 lbs. which was no detriment. Do as many as you can, until you wear out. You’ll gradually build it up to fifty or so which is plenty at one time for a healthy abdomen profile. (YOU ARE TOO YOUNG IS BS!)

Wow, 13 years old and already on the look-up for chiseled abs of steel ^^

Really, my concerns are more about if you plan to get fit, like trying to lift weights, or just plain and simple bodyweights exercice..

Because, i wouldn’t recommend taking on weight training before 16 (unless you are in Olympics ^^)

Why? Because weight lifting can surely retard your growth.. so it’s up to you..

That said: What i love to do is like doing Leg lifts and crunches in supersets, like 20-20 and then 20 seconds rest, then hit it back for another time: you are supposed to feel a nice burning sensation ^^

For doing leg lifts: Stand lying on the ground, with your feet about 6 inches from the floor, knees bent. then, at a medium pace, lift them until you can see your toes in the same line than your eyes. Then lift up your bottom like you would press your feet on the ceiling: now reverse the movement up to 6 inches back, and begin anew

For the crunches: i don’t like to go all the way up to the knees: i rather do them as i lift up my shoulder blades around 2 inches, then i compress hard my stomach: i reverse it by letting go of the hardening, and put back my head against the floor..

Hope you will try it, don’t overdo it: 3 times per week will give you enough workout

If it goes easy, at the end of it you can just take back your feet at 6 inches and try to stay in that position for a minute or two maximum ^^

Good luck, and most of all, have fun!
