john c asked:
When you do cardio AFTER working out the muscles, will the muscles still show? E.G. If you work out hard enough, will there still be muscles underneath the fat? So that you can see them after you burn the fat?

you can work the muscles as much as you want iff you aren’t burning more than is being consumed then your ffat will still be there.

Of course. Any exercise properly done will create results.
So just keep working out.
Usually you will gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
IE you think you aren’t losing fat.
In reality you are building muscle. Muscles are the fat burning machines in your body. So if you gain weight look at it as building muscle. Not staying fat.
Stick to it and you will be seeing the results sooner than you think.
