I am 14 and skinny and dont eat much so the weight loss is outy of the picture for the moment, im 100 pounds and 1.59m tall. I have started crunches with weights and I jog a bit and stuff like that. What can I do for my pecks? What other exercisees for my abs? And should I do weights? I have 2 sets of 1 hand weights each accumulating to 10kg weight on each hand, any ideas?

Youve got one other important instrument for building mass… that is your own body weight… why do you think the army trains using body weight routines? Because they work.. that’s why.
Anyway.. here is a web site that provides me examples of all the exercises and muscle groups that I could ever need…
It has pictures and diagrams for clarity.. a top find IMHO.

Crunches - sit ups and curls. It will take a while - this stuff doesn’t grow over night. Consistency is key (daily) increase your reps weekly and do at least two sets a day. Be sure to cool down between sets so that your new muscles can rest - otherwise the workout won’t be as effective.

Join a good gym.
Ask there what they think of it:and have them make you an exercise program.
