Two Man Power Trip94 asked:
I really want to build Six-Pack-Abs very badly. However, i am not sure of the Exercises that i can do to build up my body such as Clutches and Leg-Raise. Anyone knows ? Please tell me the correct method of doing the exercise as well because my neck muscles hurt when i am doing my clutches. Exclude Weight Training. Thanks a million=)

i’d say buy a body building book as this will show you the most effective exercises to do and will tell you how to do them without damaging your body

To get the best results for your abs, use a combination of 3 factors in your abs workout schedule.
* The first factor is a healthy low fat diet. By eating a healthy, low fat diet, you are effectively increasing the rate of getting rock hard six pack abs.
* Interval training and compound exercises are the next factor that should be included in your abs workout schedule. This type of training has been proved to burn fat quickly without burning the muscle. It has also been proved that this factor keeps on burning fat long after you have finished exercising.
* The last factor is abs strength building exercises. These exercises will give you abs that is not only fat free but also look great. They also support your body very well, thus minimizing the risk of debilitating injuries.
