abs will make you faster, more balanced and more liked by the females, abs are the muscles that connect you lower body and upper body, so the more developed packs you have the more speed and balance and sex you’re gonna have

First of all, it looks REALLY bad when people just have abs and nothing else. You have to be toned, evenly all over. (Meaning not just having abs, but good arms, legs, etc.)Make SURE you don’t only focus on gaining muscle, or else it’ll just look like it’s even fatter, do some cardio too, for example skipping rope or riding a bike, swimming is also very good. (You can’t even feel yourself sweating, makes you last longer.) No, they will not stunt your height, as long as you don’t put pressure on your back. For example, don’t raise weights above your shoulders, and when you lift them, make sure you’re not using your back to lift them, but your arms and legs. (Squat up to pick them up, with a straight back.)
I’m 14 so I have many things I can suggest for you all the way from your upper body to your lower body. Make sure you don’t only work on one specific area, such as your upper body. I’ll give you one exercise for each area, that you can do right in your very home without the use of extra equipment. (It would be best to get some dumbbells , start with something lighter, maybe 15-20 max, and that would be great.)
Upper body + core (Shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, etc) Best thing to do, push-ups. There are various and many many ways to do these (basic is yours arms spread apart shoulder length, with your fingers facing straight ahead) Push-ups work many different areas, including biceps/shoulders/pecs(your chest muscles)/etc. If you want to target your triceps for example, bring your hands closer together, making a diamond/spade shape with your thumb and index fingers like so . If you want others, I can give you a lot more and if you have free weights I have even more for you.
Core (abs/obliques[these are the muscles on the sides of your abs]/etc.)
Crunches is one of the best, followed by leg raises and more. The proper way to do a crunch is laying down with your knees bent, and your feet flat on the floor. Have your hips aligned with your legs. Put your arms behind your head, and your elbows should be facing out straight to the left and right (not up or down) and make sure they stay like that, or else your body will try to find cheats to doing this. You do not have to go all the way up, but make sure when you do go up…that you mentally squeeze and tighten your abs. As well, another good one is, getting into a push-up position and HOLDING that position with your abs tightened. Make sure your elbows/arms are on a 90 degree angle. Your bum should always be lower than your head, but not touching the ground, and try to keep a diagonal position. If you feel your bum starting to drop, tighten your abs again. Do this for at least 30 seconds if you can, if you can do more, that’s even better
Lower body (thighs/calves/etc.)
If you want to work on your calves, you can just bounce on your tippy-toes or walk around on your tippy-toes for a bit.
A simple but effective exercise is a squat. Basically, you just put your hands behind your head (same as the crunch) and you pretend like you’re sitting on a chair, and getting up, sitting down, and getting up. Make sure your back is as STRAIGHT as possible.
If you need anymore exercises or tips, I have a bunnnnch more and I’d be glad to help you out.

Good luck
Also, don’t expect to have those super awesome abs you see those built guys on TV or whatever have, one of the reasons being you’re not fully grown yet, so keep working on it.
