    LOL none…are you serious? You need to start 2-3 months in advance, and do about 100 sit-ups everyday.

    the most effective ab work out have done is the inclined sit up with a ten pound with behind my head about 30min maybe i dout you ll see results but you will be sore the next day almost guarantee

    Dude sorry but not happening in a day.
    Maybe you could just go do all the situps you can, or if you really want to look skinner you could just not eat until then (really bad idea though.)

    However, this is the best ab workout I have ever encountered:

    You lie on an declined bench, preferably with your feet anchored but they don’t ahve to be. The bench is at like - 20 degrees. Then you let your body go down to parallel, which would be 0 degrees (you have to hold yourself up).
    Hold that for 5 seconds and then go up. keep it up till you can’t stand it anymore. Once you can do more than 10 reps, add weight by holding it in your hands across your chest. This got me a 6 pack in 3 months. They are killer ab exercises to do at the end of a serious workout. Good luck.

    nothing in one day. situps everyday for a month will get you results but good abs take serious hard work and dedication

    Those girls you see at the beach with visible abs…they don’t have 27% bodyfat, sorry! Drop some fat first, then we can talk about results
