i have REALY strong abs and want to get a visable six pack. but the problem is i have a small layer of fat over my abs that i need to chisel away. any good exercises to make them appear? any web sites? any good tips are appreciated thanx!

P.S. oh and im doing it because im on a swim team and need to make my abs better to improve my swimming. just incase you needed to know! thanx! :-)
p.s.s. something you have tryed before and you know works. also i just want the small layer of fat to come off. any tips? thanx!

    If you want to get abs, you can do tons of crunches and sit-ups.

    Only men can get six packs, the limit for a women is a four pack I think.

    u can try a couple sit ups and push ups and also u can where a belt around ur abs while eating and also dont eat all fruits some have sugar

    Do curl ups. Lay on your back and put your hands behind your head. Sit up but only use your stomach strength; not hands.

    do sit ups and crunches… they should work…. also you could lift weight or something like that… good luck!

    to lose the fat you need to do aerobic excerscise because spot training doesnt work unless your doing aerobic excercise to get that fat off then you can do spot training like crunches the hundred from pilitaes and things like that
