I think that would probably depend on how he achieved it. For instance my younger brother has just always been very “defined” I guess you would call it, so even at a young age he had abs. I wouldn’t push a younger child for anything more than to just be fit and healthy, not to have a 6 pack.

extreme work out before puberty can cause a damage to ur growth.. like u wont grow as tall.. if u wnt 6 packs dat bad just try to stay fit (not muscly or nethn) and lil skinny til the end of puberty than start working out.

Why would having a 6 pack stunt growth? In fact if you’re regularly active in sports and other such activities you should grow taller…..not have stunted growth.
I have heard that developing muscles at that early of an age deforms your muscles for the rest of your life. Although I don’t see how that could be true at all either.
