It is a good thing, you really worked your mussles. No pain no gain!
I did squats on tuesday and my thighs are still sore, and I run 5 days a week.

Its a good thing. You put a strain on your abs and they will become stronger.

Contrary to what the others have said, this is not a good thing. Pain in the abs after an intense workout usually means there has been some internal damage or bleeding. Something that might be able to prevent this would be next time you work out your abs, tie a shoe string around your stomach. This reduces blood flow to your abdominals and the likelihood of internal bleeding.

In your workout routines for toning the abs, be sure to correctly select a ball that is good for your height and weight.
1. A Sitting Crunch is an excellent exercise to put in some of your workout routines for toning, especially if you’re just starting out.
a. To do this, do your best to sit on the ball.
b. Try and balance yourself and remain stable.
c. Then cross your arms across your chest and keep your back straight.
d. Now, lean backwards and hold that position for 10-15 seconds.
e. Slowly bring yourself back to your starting position. You have just completed 1 set.Just found a rockin Max Workouts site for online deals
