Brad asked:
I heard that if the average female has a six-pack she does not have enough body fat and that it is only healthy for a male to have six pack because males can have lower body fat. Is this true?

It depends how low she has to drop her body fat to get abs. If she has to drop her body fat to 15%-17% to see abs then she can still be healthy, but once a woman goes below 12%-15% then it gets unhealthy as too low body fat can affect the menstrual cycle and also cause her bones to become weak and brittle.
It also depends on her lean body mass. A woman with high lean mass can have a lower body fat percentage and still be healthy compared to a women with low lean mass, this is because she would still have more pounds of fat on her.
