FunkyMonk asked:
Just wondering because I have a nice six pack when flex slightly, but its less visible when i’m completely relaxed. Are most of those people in magazines or at the beach flexing most of the time?
I’m already at 8 % body fat.

i guess it’s totally possible, if you can get your bodyfat % low enough and you can get your abs large enough. If i had to guess though id say people at the beach are probably tensing up some of the time and the ones in magazines almost certainly are - infact they may even have the kind of muscle definition makeup they use in films to make the muscles ’show up’ more.

Yes! it is possible. Don’t think it will be a walk in the park to achieve such results though. Results will be largely determined by the amount of body fat present under the skin (less fat = more muscle seen). To achieve this type of physique you will need a calorie controlled diet (by a professional - which may in most cases is not a big buff body builder) and a suitable personalized eating plan.
P.S. Genetics will also play a part in aesthetics (e.g. the athletic look of a body.)
