also please list some excersises or websites that show excersises to get abs very quickly and should i use these protien shakes that u can buy to increase muscles? would that help get abs quicker?

    You will need a lot of protien and work out for about 3 hours at differ times a day of cardio workout and crunches for 4 days a week. Your body grows when it has few days of rest after a workout. You don’t want to overwork your body.

    But it really depends on how hard u want ur abs and how big you are. Also, u have to watch for ur eating habits (don’t eat sugars, carbs, but mostly proteins and foods that feeds your apetite

    Also, u have to vary with the days u work out. :D

    Lots and lots of cardio. 30 mins, 3 x a week minimum. Crunches and ab exercises don’t burn off stored belly fat. They will tone the abdominal muscles, so when the fat gets burned off, they’ll show off a little better, but first, you have to get rid of the layers of fat over top of them.
