VicksterC asked:

I am thin, so it is just a matter of doing the exercise to tone my abs and look good, but how long after doing the abs of steel workout daily will I notice a significant change in my abs? Strange question, i know!

well first of all, the more ab workouts u do in 1 day, the longer it takes. when u cramp up, but keep excersicing your abs, then some fluid in your body or something shuts down, and u get no results!! so if u keep it simple every day, u will probably see results in about 4-5 weeks. good luck!! :)

If you are doing the right exercises, and doing ab work at least 3 days a week, you should start to see results within a month.

Make sure you are eating right, and getting enough quality protein in your diet.

Just to back up what they’re saying, you should not work your abs out everyday. It takes rest for muscles to grow and become defined. I would give them at least 3 days rest between workouts. If you do that and maintain a healthy diet, you should start seeing results in a few weeks.

Visible defined abs are related to your body fat percentage, you won’t see them until your body fat % is below 10%.
