6 pack abs

I am 6′2 and weigh 245. I want to acheive 6 pack Abs before the summer break hits (before june 8th). Do you think its possible, if so… Can you share any tips/advice/routines that I can go off. I am going to my community gym, which is small, but has decent equipment.

    Depends, at 245 you sound like a pretty big guy. Maybe if you ran a lot and sweated off quite a few pounds, then you would really have to work at it. It’s possible, but you need to stay extremely dedicated and stick to your diet.

    Achieving 6 pack abs could be done before the summer. Crunches are the best way to build up your abdominal muscles. Also make sure you exercise regularly (run,bike,etc.), because even if you have extremely strong abs they will not show if they are concealed by body fat. Another great thing to do is to practice good posture. If you don’t sit up straight those 100 crunches you just did is going to matter after slouching in a chair for 24 hours.

    i had the same problem bro. this what i did tho and it worked. do the bicycle ab workout 100 times and 100 crunches every night before you go to bed. ad 50 every week. i know this may sound hard but its definetly worth it if u want a plate of metal over your stomach. if you want rock hard abs do this for a month or to and you will be good. you need dedication and patience so work at it and im sure u go get that 6 pack big boy.

    you can but it will take alot of discipline on your part.
    1a. PRAY ABOUT IT-seal everything in a prayer if you believe in GOD
    1.let all your friends and family members know so you can have support
    2.KEEP A JOURNAL-of every craving, every set back,EVERY TRIUMPH
    3. study, study, study= go to library, go to free seminars and workshops, in your community, join a bodybuilding club/contest just to get free tips, or become best friends with the most ripped/fit person in the gym
    4.lots and lots andLOTS of water= no more soda not even diet, no more fried foods, no more fatty foods, …………………..
    5DISCIPLINE………………………………………………..
    6. MAKE IT FUN-you have to enjoy it
    7.keep trying everyone falls off the wagon
    8.You got this!You just have to believe that you can conquer qll things!
