the easy way is to do a lot of sit ups just for like 10 minutes

Hmm if you’re thin, then exercise: Do sit-ups and crunches!
Don’t give up if you don’t see results in the beginning. So it’ll take a lot of time, maybe you should exercise 5 times a week, like 15 minutes.
It’ll take like 2-3 months and you’ll have a six pack, but on some people it takes longer!

the only six pack you need is in the fridge. Sorry only joking, plenty of hard work, will eventually get you the body you want.

exercise alone will not get you 6 pack abs, you need to get a effective diet plan to go long with the exercises to get you to your goal. okay. everyone always thinks that you need some kind of machine to get 6 pack abs. but the truth is that you don’t. all you really need is a good diet (so you have a good physical form) and you just have to do crunches or curls a few times a week. my suggestion would be to google how to do a proper crunch for abs because believe it or not, you can injure yourself from doing them wrong. it’s not hard, you just need to know how to do them right.

do not sit ups its bad for your back i do around 500 - 1000 crunches and bicyle crunches per day and watch out what you eat do not eat any fast food, sugar maybe 1 dat per week
