six pack abs
Zain asked:

I am 13 and desperately need a six pack. I’m skinny but when in a sitting position, my stomach folds and wrinkles even though i am like 115 pounds. Right now, I barely have a 4 pack. Any suggestions on how to get them and how long it will take and to lose body fat at 5 feet 4 inches and 115 pounds? (by the way, my body fat percentage is 18) Thanks, it will mean a lot to me.

Well . . . you can work out at the gym and cut down on sugars and fast foods!
Do as many sit-ups as you can each day!

Do plenty of sit-ups, pull-ups, and leg lifts. Plus eat right, and you should start to see results. Plus since your young and still have baby fat, it will be easier to burn off if you were, say 23.

yipeS! at 13?! Better check with your gym teacher for some advice, you don’t want to stunt your growth and I’m being serious about that. As cheesey as it sounds, you could try a pilates video… in terms of supplements, I like CLA, but I’d say go to a Vitamin SHoppe, or GNC and talk to one of the people that work there for advice. Don’t sweat it though, as your hormones start to rage (and they will) you’ll naturally get more defined. I promise you about the pilates though. Have you ever seen how built a male ballet dancer is?! Pilates, man… it’s the secret.

You’re 13 and want a six pack? Bad idea, mate. A 13 year old’s body is not prepared for that kind of muscle tone, and it will cause damage in the long run.

Sorry there is no quick fix. U need to do sit-ups or crunches every day. that targets the abbs. U should also do a variety of exercise to tone whole body. Your body is still growing so that will also effect how long it takes to get the look U want. U should try sitting up straight. Most teens I know slump in their chairs…doesn’t look good.
