NUTRITION AND CARDIO (5 TIMES A WEEK) IS THE ANSWER!!
3. Eat a HEALTHY snack every 3 hours. (like a bunch of grapes, a pear, a banana… but have 4 main meals a day. With lean meat and fish and veggies.)
okay sorry for the screaming but here are 5 tips:
1. Drink only water and soy milk with 9 grams of protein (in soy milk)
2.Eat organic
4. NO SWEETS OR SODA
5. Cardio 5 times a week!!
6. Eat gluten free and wheat free bread, cereal, tortillas…

i had that, its in its early stages and slowly getting there if its the bottem two abs thats harddd to get, so im guessing those are the abs your talking about but if u continue to work out ull get there.
once u define the middle abs, then the rest will follow.
edit* ooo u have the bottem and the middle.
well its kind of like the bottem , erm what type of workout you do now?

Well, someone once told me it isn’t possible to get a sixpack unless you reduce all body fat. But I believe you could! All you have to do is do crunches whenever you’re doing nothing else, run/walk 2 miles in the morning and in the evening. Do not eat as much, but four main meals that each consists of only 300 calories. This will make it much easier to lose weight, but also get a six pack.

No, you have to actually see the six packs! But you’re on your way maybe a few weeks away from the six pack you’ve been dreaming of so do some cardio and a lot of ab exercises!
