I love this ab dvd but just doing this alone will not give you the best results. You need to incorparate some kind of cardio exercise at least 3 times a week to burn the layer of fat off your belly to begin to even see any muscle you have built. Doing this ab video every other day should be plenty enough. Give your muscles a day off to recover. The cardio length should be somewhere between 30 mins to an hour to burn fat and get your metabolism going. Good luck.
