I know that other muscles like your biceps should be worked on and allowed to rest for a week. This is how the split routine works, obviously. Is this the same for your abs. I’ve heard people say you can work on your abs every other day. But, aren’t your abs just like every other muscle in your body? Doesn’t it need to rest? I’m confused. Someone help.

Every split Ive seen works abs out everyday. they are small muscles, and dont need to be worked out very long or hard, but you can do it everyday. Just dont strain yourself so you are TOO sore to move the next day!

you can work on your abs every day just dont overwork them
