I don’t know, but it doesn’t really matter, because if you are doing AB WORKOUTS you should be gaining muscle, and losing a bit of fat. As you know, muscle weighs 2x as much then fat. So, you won’t lose alot of weight when doing ab workouts, you actually gain more muscle, because it turns fat into muscle. Try this ab workout, it is only about 5 minutes if you actually do the whole thing, and I swear it works, if you don’t beleive me look at the comments under the video. (:
