Yes, lose weight and do stomach crunch type of excercises, and you should see that 6-pack. Just make sure to do the excercises even when you have the belly.

You gotta have alot of patience to gain 6 packs abs..

Your just 17.. I hope you don’t get bored!!
Well here is my tips.. 1st of all to warn you.. Working your abs is painfull.. No Pain, No Gain always put that on your mind..
Ok.. 1st you gotta do alot of cardio to lose weight.. Do alot of calisthenics exercise to get lean. like push ups and pull ups.
Main exercise do alot of Sit ups and crunches also.. Just keep doin them.. Push yourself!! When you get lean and you just keep doin sit ups.. Your abs will just automatically shows up..
Also watch your diet.. You can eat anything but limit your food in portion..
So just keep doing that.. Have patience and you will have 6 packs abs.

If you’re 6′ tall and 155, you don’t need to lose weight. Your belly is the result of not enough exercise and poor posture.
