I use a ten minute pilates ab workout and it took me a couple months to get defined abs, the lower were the hardest for me

Keep doing your exercises, because at your age, you should see something fairly soon. If you don’t, don’t worry. I worked out all the time, ran 6-10 miles each week and ate right, but I couldn’t really get a six pack. My abdoment was flat and I had around 3% body fat, but nothing ever really stood out. You should already have a six pack to begin with, it’s the excersize that makes the muscles larger and the shedding of fat above those muscles that makes them visible. Work on what you eat to shape up that area as well as excersizes that work your sides. Keep it up and give it time. Take a picture today and another 6 weeks from now and you should see a different person.

I’m 15 and it took me about 1 month of lifting weights and doing abs. doing abs only every other day is not going to get you a six pack very fast, or at all. it needs to be almost every day and it needs to be hard if you want to get abs fast.
