Pay attention to your BMI cause the hardest part of getting that 6 pack look is getting the fatty deposits out of the layers of your abdomen… you have 4 layers in there… ones that go up and down ones that go sideways ones that look like a arrow pointing up and ones that look like a arrow pointing down…. they all kinda have to pop out to make that look your going for :)

    it’s not rocket science:

-You have to workout your ab muscles often (everyday)
-You have to have to be skinny enough for the abdominal muscles to be seen. Your obviously not fat so this isn’t a problem for you. Refer to the first point, there is your problem.

Depends on how many sit-ups and types of sit-ups you are doing each day. The best way to get the six pack look is to crunches, bicycle crunches, side bends etc., then do all the same thing with your feet up in the air. You need to make sure you are working each area, sides, lower, and upper abdomin. It should take about 4-6 months if you are doing about 400 each day.

Grab your car keys, head to the nearest store and grab yourself a six pack. LOL. Anyhow, after all that funny stuff. You have to concentrate on just the abs. You did not state your weekly routine of time wise. I know you run, lift and do the ab exercises. How many times a week and for how long? If you really want to build the abs, I would suggest holding dumb bells in your hands as you do crunches. Hold them in a cross over your chest, as you crunch. Gradually build up the weight. Six pack takes dedication. Depending on your body weight and body fat, a time can not be determined unless we know how dedicated you are at staying at the strict routine. The six pack comes from 3 hours of workouts every day for at least 5-6 days a week. For how long, like I said depends on your body weight and fat. Which we don’t know.

Depends if you’re naturally skinny. I wish I could post pics. I got mine looking like almost an 8 after 4 months. I don’t work on them too hard, about 100-150 reps of ab workouts. I’m naturally skinny however. I do a little bit of running but mostly situps and a few crunches mixed in and then I do leg raises and also i use a bar and lift my body up as if i were doing a pullup, but instead i pull my knees up to my chin very slowly. I do all kinds of things. Get them abs burning and you know ur doin something right. Keep at it, it’s so worth it in the end. I also do crunches or situps inbetween my reps of curls or bench, whatever I’m doing. Ur goin to get there. The great diet helps out a lot. Age might have a little bit to do with it. Good luck with the lower abs, they are so hard and i still haven’t gotten the results I want there. but my upper six and obliques are quite nice.
