Sit ups.
Foods high in protein (red meats) and carbohydrates (pasta, bread, etc.)

Well, having a low body fat % is just as important as hitting the weights. And take in mind all of this is going to take awhile, heat healthy foods, and run. When you tired of running, run some more. believe it or not running is a good ab workout aswell, not only does it work out your abs, overtime with a healthy diet and workout, your body fat % will go down, once you get around to 4-5% body fat you will have a nice 6 pack to impress the lady’s with.

Do exercises that work out your abs, eat healthy n you’ll have a six pack in no time!

Don’t eat foods with that have high salt content….Salt settles in the mid region by your abs….Also don’t over work your abs…They need time to recover from working out, a rest period..One more thing, working out your legs will improve your abs also, try squats and other leg exercises.
