I know a lot of good ab workouts and crunches etc, but i never feel like i’m getting my lower abs well. i don’t have a gut in any way (i’m very fit), but i wanna get rid of that tiny center lower belly. you know what i’m talking about?

Do reverse crunches. Start in a sitting position and recline back with your abs tightened. That should do the trick.

Well, what I do is, lay on my back with my hands my sides and raise my legs up and down for several reps and then set my feet back on the ground for a few seconds, and then do it again and again.

Or another exercise in case that one is too straining on your back is the bicycle. You lay on your back and move your legs back and forth like you’re riding a bicycle while you’re doing diagonal crunches. This helps all parts of the abdomen as well as your lowers.

    Hope I helped!

You can’t. You can’t isolate what isn’t there. There is no such thing as lower abs or upper abs, or middle abs. There is the rectus abdominus, and it is one muscle. When a muscle contracts, the entire thing contracts. Now, you can do exercises where you may feel it lower in the abdominal wall, but as far as isolating part of the abs, it cannot be done. Some of the best abdominal exercises don’t require you to get down on the floor. Try sprinting, squatting, deadlifting.
