    Kick boxing. Do 1 hour 3 times a week. Plank holds also work. Hold the plank for as long as you can, rest and repeat 4 times.

    -exercise abs
    -drink WATER
    -stop fatty foods
    ps some people cant get 6 packs-its genetics

    ab exercises!
    crunches, side crunches, sit ups, bicycles, lots of different ab exercises. look some up online.
    find like, 10-15 different ab exercises and do them each starting at 2 sets of 25 and then gradually add some more sets.

    Everyone is different. Some can see their abs at 10% body fat, others need to go lower. It depends on your genetics and current conditioning.
