Start with 50 sittups 25 ceunches per day. Up it each by 5 each day until you reach one hundred sittups Crunches. Drink water eat a helathy balanced diet. Maybe get a diet plan from your local Gp/Doctor. Hope this helps mate.

push ups: burn out at different variations ex: diamond, wide, raised….look em up
ab work:situps crunches bicycles leg raises boxer situps
pull-ups; get a bar trust me
running jogging intensity training
burpees….many more.. invest in at least a medicine ball if not make one yourself…get a basket ball, slit it a bit, fill it with sand and rocks, duck tape it up, you’re good to go’

oh yeah six packs are all about diet and rest so eat alot of protein and get plenty of sleep

well listen very carefully too really go down and get a pack u gotta start by leaving all that junk and eat healthy lots of fruit and veggies no fattening at all try to run a lot and alot of crunches through out the day do all this through out the day…dont starve urself though is not healthy…i can help u out just ask me specific questions if u want
