do lots of pull-ups and abs workouts daily or weekly
eat healthy and workout regularly and it should show soon (a month or so)

check your diet…not that a 12 yr old should be on a diet….but that’s where people usually come up lacking in their training to reach their goals. just try and adjust yours to be as clean as possible.

Do crunches.
Start off with about 25- 30 crunches everday for the first week or two.
The third week start doing 35 to 45 per day
The fourth week do 45- 50 per day
The fifth week do 50- 55 per day
The sixth week do 55- 65 per day
The seventh week do 75 per day
Keep progressing but dont go over 80 unless you have been doing 75 for a long time because you may hurt yourself. Make sure you progress slowly or you can hurt yourself that way as well.

do a minimum of 150 sit-ups at a time, or work up to that. Think this when you think you are done ‘I can do five more.’ with you body fat so low it sholdnt take to long. Do pull ups to keep your body in proportion.

Oh, and.. 6 pack without flexing? I don’t think that’s possible unless you train for 5-10 years..
