Dieting is essential to t-cut around abs.
Morning and night exercises= upper crunches, lower crunches, oblique crunches.
Dont forget to do back raises to strengthen lower back so your lower ab crunches are performed correctly and safely.
Increase number of crunches aiming for 200 until easy then add weights.
