Dennis L asked:
I am an 18 year old male, 5′10, 134 lbs and I need to know what exercises I need to do to get 6-pack abs and when to do them? For instance, should I be doing ab exercises on a daily basis? Also how much more should I be eating?

don’t just do situps. do leg lifts and crunches and side crunches, planks and ski paddlers. all sorts of different exercises to both keep it more interesting and exercise all muscles. you also need to have a healthy diet because everyone has a thin layer of fat over the abs that need to be lost. you will need to do cardio to help burn this off. running is the best for that

Its not a matter of how much you eat…. but what you eat. Consumption of carbs needs to be timed properly.
Cut back on most of your fruits (Fructose from fruits can only be used by your liver, the rest of the body is SOL), also note that sucrose (sugar, brown sugar, honey, etc) is about 50% fructose. Yes sad but true, most sweet treats are bad for you.
Fact is there is fructose and/or sucrose in just about everything you buy at the store.
Glucose on the other hand can actually be distributed though the body and used by muscles and other organs. Making it far less likely to be stored as body fat.
Hate to tell you though, do 10,000 crunches a day and you wont see your abs if your body fat is too high. At about 16% you can see em when flexed, at about 10 they are constantly visible. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple - even if it isn’t easy!
First you will need to work out - often ab specific exercises aren’t necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs.
Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat.
How long this will take depends on where you start from, and how much work you put in!
If you want to develop your abs then I recommend getting a good book about it so that you can find the best diet and exercise and tailor it to your own needs. A great review site that has found the three best books is here:
Good Luck!
