I just got my belly button pierced so its pretty sore , so i cant do crunches but is there any type of workout i can still do to keep up with my abs?

    Make sure you let that heal first. Just eat clean and you will maintain your abs.

    yea there is, i justr got mine done also and i know it hurts to do cruches. Do butterfly kicks which is where u put your hands underneath your butt and kick your legs in the air about 3 inches from the ground or u can do a bridge were u lift your head and shoulders and your legs and keep it there for as long as possible . do about 10 of them
