I still have a little belly fat, but I’m in good shape to workout everyday if that’s what it takes..

I need a good exercise plan for mainly lower abs, biceps, and to lose a little weight. Thanks
by lose a little weight, i meant lose a little belly fat. I understand muscle is weight.

    You need to do curls with as much weight as you can lift 8x then repeat it. (dumbbells) Then you need to hold a bar or something stationary to the ground and raise your legs to 90 degrees then slowly lower them about 10x then take a break, repeat until it burns. Once your used to this you should hold small weights like 2-5lbs between your feet. It’s a great ab workout!
    Don’t forget to work triceps! (try a local gym it’s easy!)

    Okay, listen up, here is the secret to abs…

    Eat clean….grilled chicen, tuna, lean meats, green leafy vegetables that are steamed…etc etc… because your diet is 90% of getting abs.. They show up when you get below 8-10% body fat.

    Hanging leg lifts, decline sit ups, crunches, will help define them… work them hard, give them 2 days rest.. repeat

    well there is now way you just have to keep exercising it takes time but it is worth it in the end for you and for the girls cuse me i like them stong just take alot of vitames and proten and push ups and situps
