Do crunches constantly throughout the day, like 200 in the morning, 200 mid-day, and 300 at night before bed.
Its hardcore but you will see results fast.

Eat healthy and in moderation

there is no exercise you can pick and choose where to trim down
you will have to do cardio to lose the fat on your body
once overall body fat is down then the fat around your tummy would be down too
then the crunches will show results
otherwise not possible
