you cant get fast it is all up to you on how fast you get it requires hard work in gym and i mean hard work dont fool yourself into thinking their is a quick wat ,you must just work hard and it will get to where you want

dont eat alot, enough to get by. and do like 5 different sets of ab exercises (sit ups).
