    5′8 and 119? wow, you’re way under the normal weight. The only thing that you can really do is sit ups and crunches. yuo should already look like skeletor, so all you need to do is tone which is what crunches are good for.

    I think everyone wants to know that ’secret 6 pack’ secret. :-) Myself included. Not really I know it actually. The key is hard work.

    I’ve done quite a bit of research, youtube video watching (on health etc) and website viewing. It has kind of all taught me the same thing. That it’s hard work. And I’ve been for the past maybe 2 weeks started diligently exercising. That means cardio, weight lifting, eating right, body weight exercises.

    It’s a lot of work. Do research. To get that six pack it doesn’t just require doing sit ups or crunches like people say. We ALL have 6 packs they are just not toned and we can’t see them because of that extra layer of fat down there.

    Start doing cardio- like running, jump roping, swimming, biking, hiking- anything that gets your heart rate up quite high for an extended period of time. I jog a couple miles for my cardio, or jump rope when I don’t have time.

    And before you get your 6 pack you need to do cardio. Need too. At least 20 minutes a day. — it’s that important.

    Int he past two weeks of doing cardio weight lifting body weight resistance excersises I’ve already developed a 3 pack. Not a huge leap in my body but it’s great.

    You can get that 6 pack if your determined, do cardio, eat right, and drink right too. (ie cut out sodas, drink milk for calcium for the bones, drink water for fluid, no sodas, no sweet juices). Eat fruit, veggies, good food, not fatty, or excess carbohydrates. Don’t eat junk food.

    It all comes down to a few things. Determination, what you eat, and how you go about doing it. If your healty, eat right and do cardio I bet you’ll get those 6 packers pretty fast.

    Just a note- don’t let people tell you your skinny, your not skinny it’s just the way you’re body is. You probably have a high metabolism (ie your body uses all it’s intake quite rapidly = no weight gain). To gain more excersise, eating right food, and eating right food quantity is good. You can pork out on junk food and gain lots of weight but it’s not good for you..
