I know nutrition play a major rule and I’m trying to stick to a healthy diet. I want to know what are the best exercises/workouts to get a toned abs or better a 6 pack abs? How many sets and reps? Hey!Well doing cardio is the best way and also the fastest way to get your six packs.Do 30 minutes cardio for 5 days a week and u should have packs in a month or so.Just run run as much as u can.Also some crunches won’t do bad
