do sit ups, but the harder ones are where you lie on your back with your legs in the air at right angles, and you do normal situps but KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT!
THATS THE KEY POINT!!! in the first link, the picture shows him doing a situp. if you do it with your back straight it’s MUCH MUCH more effective.
and also, do bridges. (link below)

You could do all the workouts in the world but you wont get your six pack to show.
Lower your bodyfat to around 10% or less and you’ll be golden!
Exercise will help the definition and shape, but they won’t show if you have a thick layer of fat on them.

I was curious about this too and found a lot of very useful information at for the exercise portion of it but…
Getting a 6-pack starts with your diet so that would be something to keep in mind as well. The muscles are there, it’s getting rid of the fat to expose them that creates the 6-pack. Exercising these muscles will sculpt it but getting rid of the fat around the muscles is the most important thing.
It would also be good to get familiar with all the various muscles in the stomach and learning all the different exercises to hit them all.
