how can I Build 6 pack abs when i weigh 92 kgs and wear 36 trousers?

I am getting married this year end, and I do need to fulfill my beloved’s condition, that is to lose weight and get 6 pack Abs. Is it possible to do in 7-8 months?

    i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough
    green tea speeds up your metabolism
    drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
    do not snack
    do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
    if you are really hungry and you’ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
    exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
    get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
    get more sleep it prepares your body
    stretch, yes it works and it doesn’t just help you lose weight it helps with you’re growing to make you a little taller
    count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
    change you’re lifestyle it makes a difference
    do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
    avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you’re mom when she cooks you’re meal to oven cook you’re food do not fry it
    chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you’re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
    do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you’re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you’re stomach as you eat.
    do not eat before you go to sleep
    drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
    drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you’re metabolism
    do not weigh you’re self everyday because it torments you,weight you’re self once a week ( every Monday )
    good luck!
    you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
    also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good!

    I used to wear 36 when I was 85kg and now wear 30-31and my weight is about 70kg(muscles not fat), about ABS they are alraedy there so don’t weary, I think what works for me might work for you so follow these suggestions:

    •Change your life style make it more active, change your choices regarding the food you eat, and you well get the body you always dreamed of.

    •Walking or jogging first thing in the morning with empty stomach will force your body to use the fat as a source of energy, because you did not eat for more than 8 to 10 hours.
    (HIIT) High intensity interval training: Mix jogging with walking… one minute of jogging abet harder than you normally do fallowed by a normal walking speed (6km/hour or 4 miles/hour) for 20 minutes a day plus 5min of warm-up before and a 5 minutes of cool down after.
    or after consuming all your food energy on your work ot and nothing is left except your fat.

    •Eating habits : When to eat carbs , and what kind ?

    •If you are normally not an active person eat 25 calories per body weight in Kg, if you do some weight lifting in addition to the morning routine and you are seeking to reduce your body fat make it 35 cal.

    •Try to eat 4-5 (6 are the best) small meals it well prevents you from eating high-caloric unhealthy snacks, and send masges to your brain that you don’t need to store energy “fat”.
    1/3 of your daily required amount should be taken in your breakfast, and try to have a low carb. meal in your dinner.

    Besides, make your dinner before bed time by three hours.
    Eat complex Carbs (Brown: Bread, Pasta, Rice, Vegetables,… etc ) and try to reduce or eliminate the Simple carbs. (Sugar, white: Bread, Pasta, Rice, … fruit are okay but not a lot ) because simple carbs are transformed in to insulin quiqly and push your insulin level up which turns your body to a FAT storing mode .

    •Drink one 500ml. bottle for every 10kg of your weight but not with meals, use it to stop you from eating snacks.

    •If you are the kind of person who likes to have some junk food you can search for some healthy ones from this website nutritiondata.com

    •Get a reward for your effort in your diet and have a free day (but not totally free), this well helps you to continue.

    •If you are losing more than 1 Kg a week it’s unhealthy, so you should either eat slightly more or reduce the day’s morning workout.
