    You can do situps at least 100 times (no exaggeration) in the morning and night.
    Stretch and do a couple of push ups

    Just sits ups aren’t gonna do anything, there are different muscles that make up your abs and sit-ups only work about half of them. This is a link to a perfect routine and the website is just amazing with anything that has to do with exercise.

    yes, im a level 9 gymnast and I have to condition all the time!

    1.plank hold (its like a push-up position but your elbows are on the ground and you have to be really tight) hold for a minute and a half

    2.100 v-ups (lay flat on your back with your arms above your head, lift your feet and arms off the ground and touch your toes and keep repeating.

    3. hollow body holds (lay flat on your back, put your arms right by your legs and lift your feet and head off the ground and your shoulder blades.

    4. 100 crunchies (lay on your back, bend your knees and lift your shoulder blades of the ground and keep repeating

    5.25 sit-ups
