I want an extremely hard ab workout. I really like to challenge myself and this is a challenge I would currently like. I want a workout that would have me in tears by the end. And I would appreciate an explanation of a technique if it is not too well known. i am familiar with most ab workouts, but I would like you to explain it if you can. Thanks!

ok go to a gymnastics club and do their 20 minute abs. It hurts like a mother! By far the hardest workout I have ever had to do

a full ab workout should be designed by you, customized to what works best for you. but i’ll tell you the hardest exercise i know of.
lay down perpendicular to something like a bench, or table with your back facing the floor. your head should be a few inches from the bench and your arms should be behind you, holding onto the bottom of the bench.
now, with straight legs, pull your legs into the air so they’re going straight up, now bring them back down slowly so that just the tips of your feet touch then go back up.
the hard part? your back CANNOT touch the floor, only the very tips of your feet. its brutal, and a lot of guys with seriously shredded abs still can’t do it.
hope that’s what you were looking for

The program we designed goes into more detail, but we know tips help, so we’ll sum it up for you throughout this article!
So what’s the hardest part about working out…finding time? Keeping it interesting? Lack of knowledge?
How do you keep it exciting?
Well, first of all, you need to start by setting easy to achieve realistic goals. We all know why goals are important, but if you don’t have goals, you will stray from your original enthusiasm as time goes by.
Part of the excitment comes from reaching your goals, so start safe. The other exciting part starts when you begin to see results. But we’ll get more challenging later on.
Also, when you get into a routine, you feel better every time you do your exercises (and they’ll get easier and easier)…It’s really quite addicting….And in some cases it helps with our everyday aches and pains. (ie: if you have trouble sleeping, exercise will likely help you sleep better.)Just found a rockin Max Workouts site for online deals
