for some people a six pack just doesn’t happen. mabye go for the 4 pack or 2 pack.

what is the %? Males need to be under 10% for abs to show… females under 15%. Everybody can have a six-pack, just depends on how often you work on the abs. Use weights when you do your workouts, and make sure you take your protien. Abdominal muscles are just like eveyr other muscle, and will gain size if you work them right…. sometimes if its not fat covering them, they simply haven’t gotten enough size to pop out.

Do you drink. That may be your problem. Also you should be working them out every day. Just don’t be predictable use different workouts for your mid section.

Everyone has a six pack and everyone can get a six pack. You just need to lower you body fat % at a certain point it just requires too much work for most people. I mean I competitively swim and that’s probably the only reason I have a well defined one. That’s like 3 hours of my life spent training 6 out of 7 days and most people can’t do that so most people don’t have great abs.

you can flatten your tummy by pulling it in and holding for as long as you can.get into a routine every time you stand pull in those abs,every time the phone rings the same ,everytime you open the fridge,it will take a little while,it is also a good exercise for your lower back.
