Am I doing the 8 minute ab workout wrong?

When I am doing it my neck starts to hurt and after I don’t really feel anything in my ab area and I have done other ab workouts and usually my abs are kinds sore after I do the workout but with this I dont feel anything…am I doing this wrong?

    When you do cruches and other exercises with the abdominal muscles, most people tend to pull up on the back of their head where the arms rest. NOT GOOD. your supposed to use your abs to do the exercise, and not use your arms at all. deffinatly not pull on the back of your head. this can cause alot of neck pain so make sure your not doing that.

    Stop putting your hands behind your head. You are cheating yourself. Criss cross your hands and place them on the opposite shoulder(Place your right on your left shoulder, left on right shoulder), and then do the ab workouts. This will ensure that you are only using the muscles that you want, and will also ensure that you are not cheating by using your arms to help you.
